A Cinematic Trip

A special filmmaking workshop with Hashem Sharaf

 

Ahead of our Small Screen, Big Film competition and festival, we are pleased to offer young, aspiring filmmakers this unique opportunity to experience the basics of filmmaking simply through their personal devices (smartphones or tablets). 

If you are a young man or woman, passionate about directing and filmmaking, join us on this special workshop with Bahraini award-winning filmmaker and entrepreneur, Hashem Sharaf.

 

About Hashem Sharaf:

Hashem Sharaf is an award-winning Bahraini filmmaker and entrepreneur, with a degree in Film & Cinema Studies and more than 10 local, regional and international awards under his belt.

About Small Screen, Big Film: 

Small Screen, Big Film is an online filmmaking competition, operated by the British Council, open to young and emerging filmmakers who are resident or nationals in/of the Gulf, or, from the Gulf nationals living in the UK Gulf diaspora and resident in the UK, who are 14-25 years old.
